I transitioned from a career as a biomedical scientist and lecturer into the world of bodywork, and I’ve never looked back. My own health issues led me to massage therapy, and I quickly realised that combining a deep knowledge of human biology with skilled, compassionate hands can work wonders for the body.​​​ ​ Since then, I’ve completed extensive training in a wide range of massage modalities, including Swedish, Remedial, and Sports Massage. Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Myofascial and Scar Release Therapy, Facial Remodelling, Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Seated Chair Massage, and Balinese Massage. I’ve also gained expertise in osteopathic techniques, spinal mobilisation and articulation, and dynamic stretching. My proudest achievement is earning a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, a hallmark in the field of bodywork. With years of experience, I’ve developed my own style, blending advanced techniques to deliver lasting, effective results for my clients. Client satisfaction is my greatest reward.
